C. Public Beta. From time to time, Apple may offer new features and/or service updates (the “beta features”) as part of a public beta program (the “program”) to provide Apple with feedback on the quality and ease of use of beta features. You understand and accept that your participation in the program is voluntary and does not create any legal partnership, agency or working relationship between you and Apple, and that Apple is not required to provide you with beta features. Apple can make these beta features available to program participants by registering or registering online via the service. You understand and accept that Apple can collect and use information from your account, devices and devices to sign up for a program and/or to determine your participation authorization. You understand that once you`re enrolled in a program, you may not be able to return to the old non-beta version of a specific beta. If such a reversal is possible, you may not be able to migrate the data generated in the beta to the older non-beta version. Your use of beta features and your participation in the program are subject to this Agreement and all additional licensing conditions that may separately accompany beta functions. Beta functions are provided on the basis of “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and may contain errors or inaccuracies that may result in outages, damage or loss of data from your device and devices (including, but not limited to servers and computers) that are connected to it. Apple strongly recommends that you back up all data and information on your device and devices before participating in a program.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that any use of beta functions is your only risk. YOU TAKE ALL THE RISKS AND COSTS WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN EACH PROGRAM, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, EVERY INTERNET ACCESS FEES, BACKUP EXPENSES, COSTS INCURRED FOR THE USE OF YOUR DEVICE AND PERIPHERALS, AND ANY DAMAGE TO ANY EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, INFORMATION OR DATA. Apple may or may not provide you with technical and/or other support for beta functions. If support is provided, this will be provided in addition to your normal support coverage for the service and will only be available through the program. You agree to abide by all support rules or policies provided by Apple to obtain such support. Apple reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the program (including discontinuation of the program) at any time, with or without prior announcement, and may revoke your participation in the program at any time. You acknowledge that Apple is not obligated to provide a commercial version of beta features, and that if such a commercial version is made available, it may have other features or functions than beta features.
