Location: The customer accepts the screens and (if agreed) the Services for the period defined in this Agreement in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This corresponds to an additional asset availability of 2.5 days. Statement of Confidentiality and Credit: The customer authorizes Ambius, its employees and associates to use and disclose the Customer`s personal data for any purpose related to this Agreement or in any other way, in accordance with the Rentokil Initial Privacy Policy, which may be accessed on www.ambiusindoorplants.com.au. This includes communicating offers to the customer on Rentokil Initial`s products and services. The customer has the option to submit the receipt of the information at any time. 12.
Reduction: The customer can at any time, after the original minimum duration, reduce the number of screens rented by communicating in writing to Ambius at least three (3) calendar months. The reduction in display numbers is reflected in the monthly billing after the date the discount is made. If the client has resigned, the number of screens cannot be reduced until the end of the contract. If Ambius agrees (at its sole discretion) to accept a reduction or cancellation of a portion of the Services, any rate changes must not take into account in proportion the total cost of providing the services and screens, including all equipment, equipment, service and management charges, as well as any changes to rates.
